He got his start working for the BBC and has since founded Endless Roots, a company that creates programming with top talent, Oscar and Emmy winners, and major studios and distributors including Peacock, Discovery, A&E, and Comedy Central.

Sean was born in New York City and graduated from the University of Michigan.
